Pick 4 Game Information
The right four numbers between 0 and 9 are all you need to take home the green. Choose your own digits or get a Quick Pick and the lottery computer will do the work.
There are three play types to choose from, so have fun trying them all. Each play style has a different way to win based on how the numbers you choose match the numbers the lottery draws. Each bet type also has its own prizes and odds. On Straight or Box plays you can wager either $0.50 or $1; a Straight/Box play costs $0.50.
Straight: Win up to $5,000 on a $1 play by matching all four numbers drawn in the exact same order. This play type has the biggest prize but it comes with high odds of 1 in 10,000.
Box: Win by matching the four numbers drawn in any order. Depending on the numbers you choose, Box can be played 4-Way, 6-Way, 12-Way or 24-Way, each with its own prizes and odds.
Straight/Box: Combines one Straight play with one Box play; win by matching the lottery's numbers in the exact order they're drawn, OR any order. Payouts and odds vary depending on the numbers you pick.
The Wild Ball option adds an extra random number to help you make more winning matches. Adding Wild Ball to your ticket doubles the price of your play. Head to the Wild Ball page for more details.

Pick 4 base game prize: Win the prize in this column if you match the numbers drawn without using the Wild Ball number.
Wild Ball prize: Win the prize in this column if you use Wild Ball to replace one of the numbers drawn to make a winning combination.
It's possible to win both prizes if your numbers match without Wild Ball, and the Wild Ball number can also be used to create a winning match.
For example: You choose the numbers 1234 and a Straight play type. The Wild Ball number is 1. The lottery draws the numbers 1234. Your numbers are a Straight match by themselves, and a Straight match using the Wild Ball digit. You win both the $5,000 Straight prize and the $1,500 Wild Ball prize, giving you a total prize of $6,500.
