Millionaire for Life is an annuity game offering life-changing prizes to players in Pennsylvania and eight other states. The top prize is $1 million per year for the rest of the winner's life. Draws take place every day, Monday to Sunday, at 11:15 pm ET.

How to Play
To starting playing, simply choose five lucky numbers from 1 to 58, plus an extra Millionaire Ball number from 1 to 5. If you prefer the lottery computer to randomly select your numbers, choose Quick Pick. A play costs $5 per line.
Win the grand prize of $1 million a day for life if you match all six numbers drawn. The second prize is $100,000 a year for life if you match all five main numbers.
Millionaire for Life offers a total of nine prize levels. The top two tiers are annuity payments and the remaining levels are fixed cash prize amounts, although you can opt for lump sum cash payments for the top prizes if yolu wish.
